Is this a real street address?
Yes. You get a real address at a staffed mail facility, formatted with your own private mailbox number (PMB). It's not a PO Box, and mail is handled by people, not left in a lobby box.
Do you open my mail?
Only when you ask. Every piece is photographed unopened. Opening and scanning happens only after you authorize it, and every action is recorded in your history.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The demo is free, needs no account, and uses fictional sample mail so you can see exactly how everything works.
Will this work as my legal or residency address?
It's a mailing address. Rules for things like driver's licenses, vehicle registration, voter registration, taxes, and legal residency vary by state and situation, and a mailing address does not settle them. We'll flag where this matters, but you should confirm your own requirements.
What does it cost to forward my mail?
